Brownie do Theo

 https://www.instagram.com/reel/DITzFCiooOp/?igsh=dnN3ZzRxdG5zZGlx Brownie du printemps 🌸 1/ Faire fondre 200g de chocolat noir avec 170g de beurre. 2/ Fouetter 3 œufs et 170g de sucre jusqu’à ce que le mélange mousse puis verser le chocolat fondu pas trop chaud. 3/ Ajouter 100g de farine, mélanger puis verser le pâte dans un moule à Brownie de 25x25cm. 4/ Enfourner pour 23 minutes à 180°. Laisser le brownie complètement refroidir. 5/ Pour la ganache au chocolat au lait, verser 100ml de crème fleurette entière bouillante sur 100g de chocolat au lait. Attendre une minute et mélanger jusqu’à ce que le chocolat soit entièrement fondu. 6/ Verser la ganache sur le brownie. Placer au frigo pour qu’elle fige et réaliser les fleurs avec des smarties colorés.
